Martini Bar includes: Garlic mashed redskins and sweet potatoes with caramel syrup served in Martini glasses
Baked Potato Bar includes: steaming hot baked potatoes lightly salted.
Condiments for both bars include: diced ham, bacon bits, scallions, cheddar cheese,
caramelized onions and sautéed mushrooms, broccoli and sour cream.

Meat Carving Station-$12.95 per person
Meat carving station includes a choice of two meats with complimenting Sauces: Ham with Pineapple Sauce, Roasted Turkey with Gravy, Roasted Top Round with Au Jus or Pork Loin with Honey Mustard Sauce.

Enjoy a Mexican Fiesta by customizing your meal with the following:

Garden Salad Station-$5.95 per person
Mixed Fresh Greens with an assortment of delicious toppings, including: diced ham, crumbled bacon,
diced grilled chicken, grated carrots, diced cucumbers, chopped egg, tomato, pine nuts,
dried cherries, mandarin oranges, shredded cheese, sliced onion, diced pepper, Chow Mein noodles,
homemade croutons. Also includes: three dressings of your choice.
