Shower and Luncheon Package

Your Baby Shower Done Right!

Waldenwoods Banquet & Conference Center is pleased to offer a comprehensive Shower and Luncheon Package.  This package makes planning a Shower or Luncheon simple and allows you more time for adding your “special finishing touches”. 

All Shower and Luncheon Packages include the following:

Luncheon Menu

Choose one of the following for your guests.  Meals must be served prior to 3pm.

  • Quiche with muffin, fruit garnish and salad

  • Oriental Chicken Salad,
    Grilled Chicken Caesar Salad or
    Cobb Salad (all salads served with French bread)

  • Parmesan Crusted Chicken with choice of potato (baked redskins, au gratin or garlic mashed), vegetable (green beans almandine, corn or seasonal medley) and side salad      (Michigan Salad, Caesar or Garden Tossed)

  • Deluxe Chicken Salad Croissant with fruit garnish & chips

  • Chef’s own Mile High Lasagna served with side salad & garlic toast

  • Sandwich Board Buffet: 3 assorted meats, 2 cheeses, 2 salads, relish tray, breads, chips and all condiments

  • Pasta: Fettuccine with your choice of Alfredo, Primavera, Marinara, Sun-dried Tomato or Parsley & Garlic Sauce served with side salad & garlic toast

Standard Beverage Service

Service includes regular and decaffeinated coffee, ice tea, hot tea and lemonade.
Pop service available at an additional charge.  Bar Service available (ask for details)

Cake Cutting Service

Whether you order a dessert through us or bring in a bakery cake for your event, cake cutting services are included.

Room Rental Charge

There will be a room charge for 3 hrs in the Main Hall (parties over 40 guests) or for 3 hrs in the Lakeview Conference Room (parties under 40 guests). Additional hall time is available, charged per ½ hour. You will have 1 ½ hours prior to event start time to put your finishing touches on the room. No Tape or Nails can be used on wall surfaces. You will have 1 hour at the end of the event for clean-up.

Chair Covers & Linens

Standard white or ivory linens & napkins are included. Colored napkins (.50/napkin) & special pocket fold napkin (.25/napkin) Chair covers with sash of your choice can be added for an additional charge. Specialty linens are available (prices vary with selection)

Subject to 20% Service Charge and 6% Sales Tax. A signed contract and a deposit of 25% of contract total is due to secure date. Final Count is due 10 days prior to event and Final Payment is due 2 days prior to event. Final payment cannot be made by personal check. Visa, Master card and Discover accepted.
